Development of 642 of 1500 homes has begun
The 1st phase of development consisting of 642 residential units has begun at Harvest at Limoneira. KB Homes, Lennare and K. Hovnanian model homes area opened and were thrilled to announce that KB, Lennar, K. Hovanian and Richmond America have already sold 224 homes. As of November, 2020 110 home have been occupied.
