With over 25 years of experience Ross is principally engaged in asset management and development of a commercial real estate portfolio in excess of $750,000,000 as well as the development and investment actiivties of two million square feet of retail and office projects.

Tracey has over 15 years of experience in commercial leasing, asset management, property management, acquisitions/dispositions and project management. She maintains oversight of the majority of the San Diego property management team and the San Diego office operations.

David joined Parkstone in 1996 to focus on growing the property management portfolio of the San Diego office. David is responsible for coordinating the management, leasing, lease administration, tenant improvement construction and financial management for both office and retail properties.

With over 33 years of experience Mike has successfully entitled and developed two regional power centers consisting of more than 1,500,000 sq.ft., seven neighborhood shopping centers totaling more than 500,000 square feet, and the entitlement of over 1,000 residential units.

Chad brings 15 years of experience in the fields of management, development, project entitlement and acquisitions. While an ongoing property manager Chad’s current focus has been directed to asset management, management of ongoing entitlement contracts and real estate acquisitions.

As a core member of Parkstone since 2011, Patrick excels at understanding the complexities of every lease and property leading to meticulous owner records and a clear view of every project.

With over 25 years in the property management business, Cathy has extensive knowledge in the management of receivership and REO properties, and worked with clients such as Home Savings of America, OCWEN Financial Corporation, Highland Federal Bank, and Coast Federal Bank.
